It is professional wood plastic composite extrusion equipment for manufacturing various WPC profiles, including outdoor decking, wall cladding, door frame, skirting board and decorative profiles. The whole line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, WPC profile mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. It uses PVC/PE+wood flour compound as raw material. Finished WPC composite profile features waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-termite, low maintenance and environmental friendly without formaldehyde. Different cross-section profiles can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used in outdoor landscape, building decoration and housing construction.
