Product Description

This PVC Corner Profile Extrusion Machine belongs to Profile Extrusion Line series. It is professional extrusion equipment for producing PVC wall corner bead, corner guard, plastering angle and decorative L-shaped profiles. The whole line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, profile mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. Using PVC powder compound as raw material, finished PVC corner profile features high rigidity, anti-aging, impact resistance and easy installation. Different sizes and cross-section corner profiles can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used in drywall, building decoration and wall corner protection projects.
