This PVC Edge Band Production Extrusion Line belongs to Profile Extrusion Line series. It is professional plastic extrusion equipment for manufacturing PVC edge banding strips. The whole line consists of twin-screw extruder, edge band mould, cooling tank, haul-off machine, printing unit, slitting machine and winding machine. It uses PVC resin as main raw material. Finished PVC edge band features wear resistance, waterproof, anti-scratch, good adhesion and rich colors. Width and thickness can be customized to meet different furniture edge sealing requirements. PLC touch screen control ensures continuous and stable production. PVC edge banding strips are widely used for panel furniture, cabinets, wardrobes and wooden door edge sealing projects.
