Brief introduction:

PPR pipe extrusion machine is mainly used to produce PP-R pipes, PERT pipes, PE pipes. PPR pipes widelyused in drinking water pipe system, which is adopted by many developed countries nowadays as new typeproduct, which is sanitary, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. It also owns advantages for heat resistance,pressure resistance, energy saving, and long service life.

Production process and equipment composition

Twin-screw extruder → vacuum calibration platform →spray tank→haul machine →cutting machine→ automatic stacker
