Equipment Overview
The Battery Crush and Nail Penetration Test Chamber (AIS 038) is an advanced testing system designed to evaluate the safety and performance of lithium-ion batteries under extreme mechanical stress conditions, such as crushing and penetration. This chamber is fully compliant with international standards including SAE J2464, IEC62133-2012, and ISO 12405-4:2018, making it ideal for testing battery safety for various applications, including electric vehicles (EVs) and other power battery systems.
Environmental Requirements:
Power Supply: AC380V (1±10%) at 50±0.5Hz with a three-phase four-wire system and protective grounding.
 Site Conditions: The equipment must be installed in a flat, well-ventilated area free from strong vibrations, electromagnetic fields, and hazardous substances. The installation area should have sufficient space for maintenance and safe operation.
 Environmental Conditions: Operating temperature: 20°C ± 5°C, humidity: ≤85% RH, and atmospheric pressure between 80 kPa and 106 kPa.
