Product Overview

This battery explosion-proof box is used to prevent battery explosion or combustion from causing unnecessary harm to test personnel during overcharge, over discharge or other tests. The entire body is made of steel, with strong texture and good explosion-proof effect.The SN552D-864L Battery Explosion-proof Test Chamber is specially designed to ensure the safety of operators and testing environments during high-risk battery tests such as overcharge, over-discharge, thermal runaway, or puncture. Built with industrial-grade materials and enhanced safety features, this chamber provides unmatched protection and performance.

Equipment inner box

Made of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel + 3mm cold-rolled steel plate,, with external welded reinforcement ribs to ensure the strength of the inner box. Prevent the impact of battery explosion from damaging the box. Adopts TIG continuous welding; has acid-proof, explosion-proof and corrosion-proof functions; C5 channel steel is welded on the outside of the box for reinforcement;

Strong base and frame The base of the equipment is welded with channel steel. The frame is welded with channel steel on the base, and the whole equipment is fixed on the channel steel frame, which is strong and durable, with small vibration and low noise during operation.
Strong door frame The door frame outer box sheet metal is reinforced by welding channel steel around the perimeter. The hinges and door locks are fixed on this channel steel. M6 high-strength bolts are used to fix the door frame to ensure the strength of the box.
