EVSE Waterproof Performance Test Equipment IPX4 Waterproof Test System
This fully automatic waterproof test system is designed for evaluating the ingress protection of EV charging stations according to IEC 60529 IPX4 standards. The equipment features PLC-based intelligent control with touchscreen operation for complete automation of the spray testing process.

Equipment Overview
The system utilizes multiple standard nozzles (IEC60529 Fig. 5) arranged in a matrix layout with adjustable spray angles, enabling comprehensive waterproof testing on the top surfaces of charging stations of various specifications. This makes it an ideal solution for third-party testing organizations and factory laboratories.
