1000L High and Low Temperature Low Pressure Battery Environmental Test Chamber
This high-precision environmental simulation device is designed for reliability testing of batteries and electronic products. It conducts long-term stable testing under low temperature, high temperature, low pressure, and combined conditions. The equipment features microcomputer PID control for precise regulation of temperature, humidity, and pressure, with air-cooled mechanical cascade compression refrigeration, finned-tube electric heating, vacuum pumping, and manual pressurization functions.
Additional safety features include a blast-proof pressure relief system, carbon dioxide automatic fire suppression system, multiple safety protection devices, and an advanced programmable control system. The chamber supports programmable testing, data acquisition, and remote monitoring, making it ideal for environmental resistance testing in battery, electronics, and aerospace industries.

Testing Program Requirements
Test batteries and battery packs shall be stored at 75 ± 2°C for at least 6 hours, followed by storage at -40 ± 2°C for at least 6 hours. The maximum time interval between extreme test temperatures shall be 30 minutes. This cycle shall be repeated 10 times. Afterward, all test units shall be stored at ambient temperature (20 ± 5°C) for 24 hours. For large batteries and battery packs, exposure time at extreme test temperatures shall be at least 12 hours.
