IPX9 Vehicle Component Durability and Waterproof Performance Tester 1000L

Complied Standards & Clauses

It complies with IEC60529, GB4208, DIN40050-9, ISO20653 and other standards. The test function (IPX9K) is used for testing the IEC (IP Supplementary Specification Enhanced Test) of the protection grade of electrical product enclosures, and is manufactured according to the relevant specifications of the DIN40050 standard.

Equipment Overview

This testing machine is designed specifically for the automotive, motorcycle parts, and electronics industries, simulating both natural and human factors.
This equipment primarily tests the physical and other properties of vehicles and their components, including passenger cars, buses, lamps, and motorcycles, under high-pressure/steam jet cleaning conditions. After testing, product performance is verified to determine if it meets requirements, facilitating product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspection.
