Equipment Overview

The UL Water Spray Test Chamber is specially designed to evaluate the enclosure protection performance of self-ballasted lamps, lamp adapters, and U.S. standard charging connectors under controlled water spray conditions. By simulating UL-specified spray scenarios, the chamber tests the ability of electrical components to resist water ingress, ensuring their safety and reliability in real-world environments.

Equipped with three UL-standard spray nozzles, pressure meters, control valves, and a robust water supply frame, the system allows precise regulation of water pressure and nozzle distance to the specimen. Ideal for R&D labs, quality control, and certification testing, this chamber helps manufacturers verify waterproof performance and improve product durability.

Spray Heads Positions The spray head positions can be adjusted vertically along the water spray pipe rack, with spacing configured in accordance with UL 60507-ENGL 1999 Figures 38.1 and 38.2, UL 1993 Figure 24.1, and other relevant standards.
