Digital Brinell Hardness Indentation Measurement System
The MS-2a Brinell hardness indentation measurement system mainly consists of a camera, a computer and special image processing software. The camera captures the image of the Brinell hardness indentation, automatically identifies and measures the diameter of the indentation, automatically calculates and directly displays the Brinell hardness value. It can replace the manual measurement using a reading microscope, calculate the average diameter and look up the table to obtain the hardness value. The image of the MS-2a Brinell hardness indentation measurement system is brighter and clearer, the measurement is more convenient and faster, and the results are more accurate and objective.
