A sheet metal stamping inspection 3D scanner with 50 blue laser lines at 7.5M points/sec, optimized for springback compensation analysis, hole pattern true position verification, and panel flatness assessment.

  • Springback vector calculation: scan formed panel, compute deviation from die face CAD, export compensated die surface to CAD for die modification in under 5 minutes
  • Hole pattern true position with MMC modifier: scan all pierced holes, compute position deviation, evaluate against PPAP dimensional layout requirements in single report
  • Panel flatness heat map with automated high-point identification: identify surface waviness and localized high spots affecting gap-and-flush assembly
  • Trim line and flange angle measurement: scan panel perimeter, measure trim line deviation from engineering edge-of-part, verify flange angles for hemming operations
