Our manufacturing factory area come up to 6900 square meters, registered capital up to 10 million yuan.We have 400 employees, including 45 production management technicians, who have rich experience in electronic card processing and production.

We have 5 sets fully automatic patch production line of FUJI/YAMAHA (FUJI/YAMAHA) , 10 sets plug-in production line , 4 sets assembly and test production line, 2 sets fully automatic three coating production line , and the production line is still expanding, can complete the whole process of PCBA production tasks. Main equipment: automatic solder paste printing machine, SMT machine, automatic optical detector (AOI), hot air reflow welding machine, wave welding machine, on-line tester (ICT), ultrasonic cleaning machine, X - Ray detector, electronic test equipment, professional production of computer products, communication products, network products, monitoring products, power supply, inverter products, as well as the manufacture and sale of all kinds of electronic boards, the monthly production capacity of 800 k.

We have established the quality management system in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 standard, and obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality management system recognition certificate issued by the UK UKAS and the US RAB registered intertek organization.ISO 14000/2015 environmental management system recognition certificate issued by UK UKAS and US RAB registered intertek;Received the certificate of IATF16949:2016 automotive product quality management system from NSF-ISR. At the same time in strict accordance with the standards of China quality certification center to establish a 3C product certification system.
