DS-130 Trivalent Blue-White Passivation
Performance & Features
  1. New-generation zinc plating passivation agent integrating mature domestic and international technologies.
  2. Low total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen content, compliant with industrial park wastewater discharge standards.
  3. Wide operating window, producing bright, uniform and elegant blue passivation films.
  4. Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) performance: With coating thickness ≥8 μm and standardized bath maintenance, potassium chloride barrel plating achieves ≥72 hours salt spray resistance; rack plating and alkaline zinc plating deliver even better salt spray performance.
  5. pH adjustment uses sulfuric acid or stock solution instead of nitric acid.
  6. Hexavalent chromium-free passivation film; passed SGS test and IATF 16949 automotive standard, fully compliant with EU RoHS directives.
