R·G-336 High-Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Plating
Performance & Features

DS 336 is a bright electroless nickel plating process that produces uniform, bright high-phosphorus nickel alloy coatings. It is applicable to various substrates including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloy and certain non-conductive substrates.

Coatings from DS 336 meet the following requirements:

  1. Excellent corrosion resistance in acidic environments;
  2. Salt spray resistance up to 1000 hours;
  3. Passes nitric acid test;
  4. Coatings feature compressive stress;
  5. Non-magnetic deposits;
  6. High bath stability and long service life;
  7. Superior rust prevention performance.
