R·G-200A Nickel Sealer (Chromate-Free Passivation Sealer)
Performance & Features

R·G-200A belongs to electroplating post-passivation series for improving corrosion protection, specially designed for automotive industry. For zinc coating thickness over 10 μm, it achieves over 500 hours salt spray resistance before red rust appears.

  1. Hexavalent-chromium-free Triazur blue passivation sealer;
  2. Compatible with yellow zinc and olive drab passivation films;
  3. Passes thermal cycling test at 120 ℃;
  4. Treated surface remains colorless, removing yellow chromate film;
  5. After baking at 120 ℃ or 150 ℃, the coating still maintains more than 200 hours salt spray resistance.
