国家仪器PXIe-5162示波器/采集卡在小型化,低控制的PXI平台上实现了新的执行水平.这种示波器的适应性确保它是一个理想的,通用的测试和评估应用仪器.每个四个输入通道都可以在50路径上获得高达5 GS/s的采样率,并在1 M路径上获得300 MHz的数据传输.对于高通道应用,模数转换器提供两个通道以测试高达2.5 GS/s,或者四个通道以测试高达1.25 GS/s,数据传输速度为1.5 GHz的简单传输速度.为了处理大量数据,NI PXIe-5162配备了大量的板载内存；PCI Express x4 Gen 1可以连接到PXI Express背板.

使用NI-TClk API的各个模块会影响框架,使其显示为一个具有模块之间100 ps延迟的多通道示波器.这大大简化了用户体验.此外,这种易于设置的通道扩展可以连接到所有NI PXI数字采集卡,任意波形发生器和高速数字I/O模块.为了处理这些大量数据,每个模块都具备在超过600 MB/s的速度下提供高数据吞吐量的能力.
