Digital Metal Tube Flow Sensor Metal Tube Float Flowmeter With LCD Display DN15-50

The DN15-DN50 Digital Metal Tube Rotameter is a high-precision, variable-area flow meter designed for demanding industrial environments. Unlike standard glass-tube meters, these feature a rugged stainless steel structure and a smart LCD transmitter, making them ideal for measuring liquids, gases, and steam under high pressure or extreme temperatures.

Metal Tube Rotameter : It is basically a variable area flow meter. The differential pressure across the annulus area is constant and the flow rate is measured as a function of the annulus area created by ‘Float’ position. The position of the float is sensed by a magnet and indicated on the dial in terms of flow rate.

Operating Principle : Metal Tube Rotameter is basically a variable area flowmeter. The diffrential Pressure across the annulus area is constant and the Flowrate is measured as a function of the position of annulus area created by float position.

Features


1. Cone-shape measuring tube design,which has wide measuring range and good linearity.
2. Wetted parts material are optional: SS304, SS316L, FEP, Hastelloy C, Titanium.
3. For the digital LCD display type, the flow range of the instantaneous flow can be corrected onsite based on the different measuring medium.
4. Besides AC/DC power supply, it supports battery power supply function.
5. Through the HART protocol, you can use the handheld operator or host computer software to perform partial or full configuration operations on the flowmeter.
