Automatic Stator Testing System For Car Air Conditioner Motor

3. Equipment introduction:

3.1 Station: dual, the supplier provide the test bench

3.2 Integrated test bench, and enclosed protective cover

3.3 Integrated design makes the equipment can be moved easier.

3.4 Easy to operate, combined with the touch screen and keyboard

3.5 Standard equipped with remote control and self –inspection function makes the maintenance and

upgrading easier.

3.6 Picture of the stator testing system(for reference only, the test bench need to be designed as the

stator)

4. Test method

4.1 Set the test sequence and parameters range based on the stator testing requirements, establish a

new mode;( the model of one type of stator needs to be established only for the first time)

4.2 Place the stator on the test bench and clamp it.

4.3 Sliding cover to start the test and the “in-test” indication light is on.

4.4 Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance and rotation will be tested in sequence. The

4.5 operator is not allowed to touch the stator during the test.

4.6 The equipment will display PASS or FAIL after the test.

4.7 Place a new stator and continue to test from step 2.
