At its core is the Taiwanese LNC control system, a smart platform that supports real-time data monitoring, remote diagnostics, and program optimization. Linear 12-tool magazine. Meets the needs of customers who want to use it as both a cabinet and a door, and currently boasts the largest tool capacity on the market; it features a patented tool clip design, a rear spring design, and high-quality PE material.
XYZ drive motors: Customized 1.5KW servo motor; driver is a servo drive (matched to the motor above).
Patented dust collection hood. The dust collection effect is excellent, effectively removing dust from even the cutting grooves. Alternatively, a four-sided blowing dust cover can be selected for dust-free material handling.
Reducer: The Japanese Shinpo gear reducer adopts a helical planetary structure design, which results in higher precision and a longer service life.
Steel crossbeam. Both the bed and the crossbeam are hardened and sandblasted, and then machined using a CNC five-sided machining center to ensure the strength of the gantry and the precision of machining during heavy cutting.
Guide Rails: Taiwanese steel strip (25MM) offers higher precision and greater hardness.
