Irradiation Cross-Linked Polypropylene Foam — Thermal Barrier for Temperature-Sensitive Packaging
EKKOFLEX's heat insulation IXPP (Irradiation Cross-Linked Polypropylene) foam roll is a closed cell foam material specifically engineered for packaging protection. Manufactured through electron beam irradiation cross-linking technology, the foam achieves a closed-cell rate over 98% and thermal conductivity as low as 0.034 W/m·K, providing a reliable thermal barrier for temperature-sensitive goods during storage and transit.
This PP foam insulation roll combines heat insulation with excellent cushioning, moisture resistance and chemical resistance, protecting packaged products from temperature fluctuation, impact and humidity. Stable from -40°C to +130°C, it is suitable for thermal packaging of electronics, food, chemicals and precision instruments, and can be die-cut or laminated into custom protective inserts and liners.
