Quality Control

The QC department strictly control the quality of raw material,semi-finished products,and finished products.

1. We have pre-production meeting to be held each time before we start the new orders production. This will make sure the production supervisor understand the production requirement.
2. Raw material will be inspected for the color, quality and quantiy.
3. We have in-line inspection for each procedure.
4. Before the bulk packing, we will check each items carefully before we pack the goods.
5. FInal QA inspection will be made before the bulk shipment.
