The dry mortar manufacturing process involves multiple stages: raw materials are transported to silos via bucket elevator or pump truck, then conveyed to automatic weighing scales through screw conveyors according to formula ratios. Premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper, transferred to the twin-shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing, then directed to automatic packing machines, with final products conveyed via belt conveyor.
