MG series Dry Mix Mortar Mixing Plant is designed based on traditional single mixer technology, enhanced with material transportation systems, finished product storage silos, and automatic packing machines. This integrated dry mortar production line significantly improves working efficiency by automating the entire process from feeding and mixing to conveying and packing.

We offer customized production line designs tailored to specific customer requirements. Optional features include loading screw conveyor machines, various packing machine types (valve type and open type), and automatic weighing scales.

The complete system requires only 2-3 operators, substantially reducing labor costs. Available capacities range from 3-4 t/h, 4-6 t/h, to 7-8 t/h. With low investment requirements, minimal funding, labor, and land needs, plus easy installation and operation, this is the ideal choice for newcomers to the dry mortar industry.

1. Ribbon Mixer Machine

The screw ribbon mixer offers exceptional economy and cost-effectiveness for dry mortar mixing. Outer and inner screw ribbon blades, driven by high-speed rotating shafts, provide maximum material mixing efficiency. The inner blades push material outward while outer blades push material inward, creating continuous back-and-forth mixing for uniform results in just 10-15 minutes per batch.

2. Screw Conveyor

Working Principle

The MGDM-3.0 dry mix mortar mixing plant consists of first feeding screw conveyor, multi-spiral ribbon mixer, second discharge screw conveyor, finished product hopper, automatic valve bag packing machine, air compressor, and control panel. This simple, practical design occupies minimal space with low investment and maintenance costs, making it ideal for small dry powder product processing plants.

Operation process:

1. Raw material is loaded into the feeding pot of the screw conveyor
2. Material is transported into the mixer via screw conveyor
3. Multiple raw materials are mixed by the multi-ribbon screw mixer
4. Mixed material is transported to the end product silo via second screw conveyor
5. Finished product is packed into bags by the packing machine
