1. Ribbon Mixer Machine
The screw ribbon mixer offers exceptional economy and cost-effectiveness for dry mortar mixing. Its dual-action mixing system features outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts. The inner blades push material outward while outer blades pull material inward, creating thorough back-and-forth mixing for uniform results in just 10-15 minutes per batch.

2. Screw Conveyor
Features a Φ165×3500mm design that efficiently transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.

3. Finished Product Storage Silo
With approximately 1.5m³ capacity, this hopper stores finished materials and feeds the packing machine, significantly improving operational efficiency.

4. Automatic Packing Machine
Valve-type automatic dry mortar packing machine with adjustable capacity from 15-50kg per bag. Powered by a 4kw motor, it achieves packing speeds of 5-6 seconds per bag with high weighing accuracy, automation level, and easy maintenance.

5. Air Compressor
0.25m³ capacity with 2.2kw power, providing air source for the automatic packing machine and finished product hopper to enable quick packing and prevent material bridging.
