Description

I. Overview
The hot air circulation oven is a general-purpose static drying equipment widely used in industries such as food, chemicals, and agricultural by-products. It is suitable for drying granules, herbal slices, traditional Chinese medicine materials, intermediates, and packaging containers. The equipment consists of a chamber, heating system, circulation fan, drying racks and trays, and temperature control system. Heat is generated via electric or steam heating to produce hot air, which is forced into closed-loop circulation within the chamber by the fan, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and preventing localized overheating.

The chamber and parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent sealing performance. A moisture exhaust vent effectively removes water vapor, ensuring high drying efficiency. Temperature and timer settings can be independently controlled, making it ideal for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials. The equipment features low operating complexity and simple maintenance. Multiple layers of drying trays can be configured according to production capacity, enabling large batch loading and low investment cost.
