38mm Small Diameter Tapered Button Bit With 11° Taper Angle And 7 Semi-Ballistic Carbide Buttons For Rock Drilling

The Q7-38-11-50 tapered button bit is one of our popular small-diameter rock drilling tools manufactured by Henglong. Unlike threaded button bits built for deep boreholes, this taper shank drill connects to drill rods via taper fitting. It pairs perfectly with air-leg rock drills and hand-held rock hammers, widely deployed in stone quarrying and underground mining operations.

This 38mm bit adopts an optimized layout with seven semi-ballistic carbide buttons sized at 8mm. Two front flushing holes plus one side flushing hole deliver efficient debris clearance during drilling, keeping the cutting face clean and boosting penetration speed. It comes with copper sleeve taper construction for stable impact transfer.
