Located in a key industrial zone with convenient transportation, our factory covers a total area of more than 40,000 square meters, including a standardized production workshop of 28,000 square meters, a professional R&D and testing center of 4,000 square meters, a raw material warehouse of 3,500 square meters, a finished product warehouse of 3,500 square meters, and an office and auxiliary area of 1,000 square meters. The factory layout is strictly in accordance with international industrial production standards, with clear division of functional zones, smooth logistics channels and reasonable process layout, which effectively avoids cross-interference between different production links and ensures the efficiency and stability of the entire production process.
The factory is equipped with a professional team of more than 200 employees, including 30 senior engineers, 35 technical technicians, 45 quality inspectors and 90 skilled operators. To ensure the quality and performance of each product, we have invested heavily in building independent and dedicated production lines for each core product, and introduced a full set of advanced automated production equipment and processing technology from home and abroad, forming a standardized, intelligent and efficient production system. The key production lines and equipment are as follows:
Dredging Rubber Hose Production Line: As the core production line of the factory, it is equipped with heavy-duty intelligent rubber mixing machines, high-precision extruders, automatic steel wire winding machines, large-scale autoclave vulcanization equipment and flange assembly machines. The production line is specially designed for the harsh working conditions of dredging operations, focusing on improving the wear resistance, pressure resistance and anti-corrosion performance of the hose. It can produce various types of dredging rubber hoses with diameters ranging from 50mm to 1200mm and working pressure from 6 bar to 25 bar, including floating dredge hoses, slurry suction hoses, discharge hoses and ceramic-lined hoses.
Marine Airbag Production Line: Equipped with multi-layer rubber winding machines, high-pressure vulcanizing equipment, intelligent cutting and shaping machines, and airtightness testing equipment. The production line adopts automated control technology to ensure the uniform winding of the rubber layer and cord layer, and the precise control of vulcanization parameters, making the marine airbags have excellent pressure-bearing capacity, sealing performance and durability, suitable for ship launching, landing, salvage and heavy lifting operations.
Composite Hose Production Line: Equipped with precision multi-layer extruders, high-strength fiber braiding machines, continuous vulcanization lines and corrosion resistance testing equipment. The production line is optimized for the transfer of oil, chemicals and petroleum products, adopting a multi-layer composite structure to ensure the corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance and bending fatigue resistance of the hose, which is widely used in offshore platforms, ports and tank farms.
Mooring Buoy Production Line: Equipped with foam injection molding machines, high-frequency welding equipment, flange assembly lines and buoyancy testing equipment. The production line adopts a foam-filled core and a durable PE/steel outer shell, which ensures the buoyancy, stability and corrosion resistance of the mooring buoys, and can adapt to rough sea conditions for long-term use.
Mooring Rope Production Line: Equipped with high-speed twisting machines, multi-strand braiding machines, heat-setting treatment lines and tensile testing equipment. The production line processes high-performance fibers such as polyester, polypropylene and nylon, adopting a balanced braiding structure to minimize elongation and maximize shock absorption, ensuring that the mooring ropes have excellent tensile strength and service life.
All production equipment adopts international advanced technology, with high automation, high precision and high stability, which not only improves production efficiency but also ensures the consistency of product specifications and performance. For example, the intelligent rubber mixing machine adopts automatic formula control and temperature control system, which ensures the uniformity and stability of rubber materials; the automatic steel wire winding machine adopts tension and density automatic control technology, which ensures the pressure-bearing capacity of the hose reinforcement layer; the large-scale autoclave vulcanization equipment adopts constant temperature and pressure control, which ensures the firm bonding between the rubber layer and the reinforcement layer, and enhances the overall durability of the product.
At the same time, the factory continuously upgrades production equipment and optimizes production processes, introducing energy-saving and environmental protection technologies to realize green production, while reducing production costs and improving market competitiveness.
Quality is the core of the factory’s development. We have established a strict full-process quality control system, which runs through every link from raw material entry to finished product delivery, implementing "zero tolerance" for unqualified products. The specific quality control measures are as follows:
We have a dedicated raw material procurement and inspection team, and only cooperate with well-known and qualified suppliers at home and abroad to purchase high-quality raw materials, including synthetic rubber, high-tensile steel wire, synthetic fiber, foam and auxiliary materials. Each batch of raw materials must undergo strict performance testing, including tensile strength, elongation at break, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance and other indicators. Only raw materials that pass all tests can enter the production link, and a complete raw material traceability system is established to record the batch, supplier and inspection results of each raw material, ensuring that the quality of raw materials is controllable.
In the production process, we implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and arrange professional quality inspectors to supervise each production link, conduct full-time inspection and random inspection. For example, in the rubber mixing link, inspect the uniformity and hardness of the rubber material; in the extrusion link, inspect the thickness and surface quality of the rubber layer; in the winding link, inspect the winding density and tension of the steel wire; in the vulcanization link, monitor the temperature, pressure and time in real time; in the assembly link, inspect the connection strength and sealing performance of accessories. For each batch of products, we take samples for intermediate testing to ensure that the semi-finished products meet the quality standards before entering the next process.
The factory has a professional testing center equipped with a full set of advanced testing equipment, including hydrostatic pressure testing machine, burst pressure testing machine, wear testing machine, corrosion testing machine, tensile testing machine, vacuum collapse testing machine and airtightness testing machine. Every finished product must undergo comprehensive performance testing before leaving the factory: dredging rubber hoses and composite hoses need to pass hydrostatic pressure, burst pressure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance tests; marine airbags need to pass inflation pressure and airtightness tests; mooring buoys need to pass buoyancy and stability tests; mooring ropes need to pass tensile strength and breaking load tests. Only products that pass all tests can be packaged and delivered, and a quality inspection report is issued for each batch of products, providing reliable quality assurance for customers.
