The feed enters the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is accelerated smoothly by an inlet distributor. The centrifugal force from rotation causes sedimentation of solids on the bowl wall.
Separation occurs in a horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped with a screw conveyor that rotates in the same direction as the bowl but at a slightly different speed, moving solids toward the conical end where cake discharges through solids discharge openings.
The separation process runs through the entire cylindrical section, with clarified liquid separated by an adjustable overflow plate.

Material Construction
All material contact surfaces are made of high-quality stainless steel or duplex stainless steel. Bowl body features centrifugal casting to ensure equipment durability and reliability.
Bowl and Screw Design
Specially designed bowl and spirals press against dewatered cake at the conical end in a high-pressure, two-way manner to maximize cake dryness and minimize moisture content.
Drive System
Double motor double frequency conversion with multi-stage planetary gear drive. The control system automatically adjusts speed differential between bowl and screw in real-time based on raw material characteristics and user requirements. Unique DC bus-powered design ensures strong spiral torque while significantly reducing power consumption. Multiple drive options available including full hydraulic drive.
Lubrication System
Available with traditional manual grease lubrication or optional automatic grease lubrication (thin oil lubrication) for real-time lubrication of main bowl bearing and screw bearing, significantly improving bearing life and overall machine durability.
Control System
Standard PLC + HMI configuration fully integrates key operational parameters including speed, differential, current, torque, and vibration monitoring.
Wear Protection
Comprehensive wear protection options including welded hard facing, spray coating, ceramic ports, Zn carbide tiles, and chilled hard metal port castings. All wear protection elements (except welded hard facings or spray coatings) are field replaceable.
