GF Oil Tubular Centrifuge Filter Bowl 3KW Liquid Separation

Product description

It is mainly used for various types of emulsions which are hard to separate in industries, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation of those with little difference in the specificgravity of the two phases, or liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation of those containing small amounts of impurities. The liquid of high density will form an outer ring, and the liquid of light density wih form an inner ring. They will flow to their respective liquid outlets on the upper part of the bowl for discharging. The small amounts of solid will deposit on the bowl walls and be manually discharged after the machine stop.

Product features

The tubular centrifuge is a kind of centrifugal equipment with very high separation factor. The minimum separation particle is 1 micron. It is especially suitable for extraction, concentration and clarification of materials with little difference in the specific gravity of liquid and solid phases, fine solid particle size, low solid content and strong corrosive media. It is mainly used for solid liquid separation and liquid liquid solid separation of materials in such industries as food, chemical industry, beverage, biological pharmacy, blood products, etc. The machine has such features as good separation effect, high output, small floor space and convenient operation.
