Product description:

Juneng separators are suitable for a wide range of oils and fats, and we offer customized solutions to help you achieve optimal oil quality and maximize production capacity.
Our DHZ series disc centrifuges are widely used in the continuous degumming, neutralization, dewaxing, and washing processes of vegetable oil refining.
The separator is equipped with static centripetal pumps for discharging both light and heavy phases. The light-phase centripetal pump is fixed in position, allowing for easy adjustment of the light-phase flow. By adjusting the diameter of the heavy-phase centripetal pump, you can control the position of the separation interface between light and heavy phases, ensuring the best possible separation efficiency. During slag discharge, the heavy-phase centripetal pump automatically returns to its minimum position, effectively preventing oil leakage.

Animal oil: fish oil and other various animal fat clarification.
