1. Machine Overview

The Expand 450 Series is a 4-axis bridge-type CNC cutting centre built for high-precision, multi-angle processing of granite, marble and engineered stone.
Bus absolute-value servo, 0-360° cutting-head rotation, 85° table tilting and oil-immersed track let you cut, chamfer, profile and mill complex shapes in a single program – mirror-quality edges.

4. Workflow (1 Operator)

  1. Load slab onto tilting table (vacuum or mechanical clamp)
  2. Import CAD file (.dxf, .stp) or use on-screen wizard
  3. Select blade speed, tilt, rotation – click START
  4. Machine auto-cuts – head rotates & table tilts as programmed
  5. Unload finished piece – ready for polishing or direct install
