Description

This white striped kraft paper is produced from bleached softwood pulp, offering a clean, bright surface for high‑definition printing while retaining the signature 2mm vertical stripes on the reverse. Available in 70‑100 g/m², it is widely used for luxury cosmetic boxes, premium shopping bags, and high‑end product labels. Process Introduction

Unbleached softwood pulp is bleached via ECF (elemental chlorine‑free) process to achieve high whiteness while preserving fiber strength. The pulp is then formed on the same striped cylinder machine. The white base requires stricter dirt control (no dark spots). Single‑sided drying on Yankee dryer produces a glossy front. No optical brighteners added – safe for food contact.
