Available in any Pantone‑matched color, this custom‑dyed striped kraft paper allows brands to maintain signature colors while benefiting from the unique striped texture. The color is integrated into the pulp (not surface printed), ensuring no rub‑off. Basis weights from 60‑120 g/m², ideal for branded shopping bags, gift boxes, and promotional packaging.

Process Introduction

During pulping, food‑grade direct dyes are added to the unbleached (or bleached) fiber slurry. The colored pulp is thoroughly mixed (20‑30 minutes) to ensure uniform color. The stock then proceeds through the striped forming process as standard. The Yankee dryer temperature is adjusted to prevent color shifting. No surface printing required – the color is integral. Small batch runs available for brand testing.
