Description

This range of single‑side glossy yellow kraft board (150‑450 g/㎡) is designed for heavy industrial applications: corrugated box face paper, rigid cartons, and industrial protective wraps. High density (0.7‑0.9 g/cm³) and bursting strength up to 1500 kPa (scaled) provide structural integrity comparable to cardboard but with a glossy printable surface.

Process Introduction

Multi‑ply forming or heavy single‑ply on cylinder paper machine. High proportion of unbleached softwood sulfate pulp. Beating degree 30‑38°SR. Pressing with heavy linear pressure. Single‑side calendering for gloss. Rewound into rolls or cut into sheets.
