Description

This 40 g/㎡ single‑side glossy yellow kraft paper is the entry grade for office stationery and light retail packaging. The glossy front accepts flexo printing for addresses or logos, while the rough back ensures secure gluing. High folding endurance (≥1000 double folds longitudinal) makes it ideal for envelope flaps and bag bottoms.

Process Introduction

Softwood (70‑85%) + hardwood (15‑30%) sulfate pulp. Low beating (25‑35°SR). AKD sizing 0.2‑0.5%. Fourdrinier machine at 300‑800 m/min. Pressing, multi‑cylinder drying (105‑115°C). Single‑side soft calendering (80‑100°C, 50‑100 kN/m). No filler to maintain purity. Finished roll or sheet.
