Q: Which port do you often use?

A: We often use Fuzhou Port, but we can also consider other ports as per customer's request.

Q. How do I choose the power for the genset?

A.: Please collect information on the total power consumption of your equipment and take the current into consideration when choosing the power of industrial diesel generator.

Q. What is the difference between Prime power and Standby power?

A.: Prime power refers to the continuous power supply for 12 hours, allowing one hour of 10% overload every 12 hours of operation. Standby power is the maximum output limit value for emergency use, and overloading is not allowed.

Q. What about the warranty?

The warranty period is one and a half years or 1500 hours (whichever comes first) from the date of ex-factory for our Tecgen Generator Set. During the warranty period, our company will provide free replacement parts for problems caused by our quality of diesel generator or raw materials, except for the damaged spare parts of the diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect artificial operation. After the expiration of the warranty period, our company provides cost parts maintenance for the generator set.
