As a service provider of system-level calibration solutions, DFOPTIX consistently integrates quality management throughout the entire process, encompassing scheme design, research and development, manufacturing, production processing, testing and verification, as well as delivery services. We have established a comprehensive quality management system that spans the entire process, all stages, and the entire lifecycle.
DFOPTIX is comprised of a professional quality management team consisting of quality engineers, inspection engineers, process quality personnel, and shipment inspection personnel. They rigorously monitor every stage of production. From raw material testing to final inspection, we ensure that every product leaving our factory meets ISO 9001 and international standards. With our professional quality control capabilities, advanced monitoring equipment, and commitment to excellence, our quality management team guarantees stable quality, complete traceability, and customer satisfaction.
1. Quality Engineer (QE)

The Quality Engineer (QE) is responsible for the establishment and continuous optimization of the quality system, participating in quality planning during the early stages of product development, formulating quality control standards, inspection specifications, and improvement plans; conducting cause analysis and technical improvements for abnormal issues in the production process, and promoting continuous improvement in product quality.
2. Inspection engineers (IQC/IPQC/OQC)

The inspection engineers (IQC/IPQC/OQC) are responsible for the inspection and management of raw materials, production processes, and the entire delivery process of finished products:

① IQC (Incoming Quality Control): inspect raw materials, optical substrates, and key components to ensure stable supply chain quality;

② IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): monitor key processes such as processing, assembly, lithography, and inspection to ensure that the manufacturing process meets standard requirements;

③ OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): ensure that the delivered products meet customer technical requirements through final inspection and performance verification.
3.Quality Supervisor

The quality supervisor is responsible for statistical analysis of quality data, process supervision, closed-loop management of customer quality feedback, and promoting continuous improvement of the quality system through a continuous improvement mechanism.
