TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC DG4V-3-2A-U-H-100 Solenoid Directional Control Valve

The TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC DG4V-3-2A-U-H-100 is a Design 100 wet-armature solenoid directional control valve with an ISO 4401-03 mounting interface, a two-position spring-offset spool, a 24 VDC coil and a DIN 43650 electrical connector.

Design 100 Configuration

The Design 100 series was developed to retain the principal performance and mounting compatibility of the earlier DG4V-3 design while simplifying the standard model configuration.

The 2A spool and spring arrangement provides two operating positions with one solenoid. Energizing the coil shifts the spool, while removing the electrical signal allows spring force to return the valve to its prescribed position.

Operating Notes

  • The maximum flow is determined by pressure, spool path and circuit conditions.
  • Use a regulated 24 VDC supply within the specified voltage tolerance.
  • The DIN connector must be properly sealed against oil, water and contamination.
  • Prevent pressure surges in the T port from exceeding the permitted back pressure.
  • Continuous energization at high pressure can increase coil temperature and may affect spool movement.

Selection and Replacement Notes

The model must be ordered with the full U-H-100 suffix. The U code specifies the DIN connector and H specifies the 24 VDC coil.

Although the mounting interface is compatible with earlier DG4V-3 designs, an older P7-H-7 valve is not an automatic electrical replacement. Check the connector, accessories, tank-port rating and external dimensions before installation.
