TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC DG4V-3-6C-M-P2-V-7-54 Solenoid Directional Valve

The TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC DG4V-3-6C-M-P2-V-7-54 is a legacy three-position directional control valve featuring a spring-centered 6C spool, two 200 VAC solenoids and an ISO 4401-03 mounting interface.

Center and Switching Functions

In the center position, the P port is blocked while the A, B and T ports are connected. This maintains pressure on the pump side while allowing the actuator ports to communicate with the tank circuit.

Energizing either solenoid shifts the spool to establish the required working flow path. The centering springs return the spool to neutral when both solenoids are de-energized.

Operating Notes

  • Verify that the equipment uses a 200 VAC solenoid supply.
  • Do not energize both solenoids simultaneously.
  • The indicator lamp shows coil energization but does not monitor spool movement.
  • Maximum flow must be checked against system pressure and the active flow path.
  • Prevent excessive surge pressure in the tank line.
