This SERVOPACK is used with a compatible Yaskawa Sigma-V rotary servomotor and suitable Sigma-V serial encoder. Typical applications include compact machine axes, semiconductor equipment, electronic assembly machinery, packaging systems, indexing tables and general positioning equipment.
SGDV products belong to a legacy Yaskawa servo platform. Before replacing an existing unit, verify the complete model suffix, nameplate ratings, firmware version, parameter settings and controller project. Confirm the command signal type, motor model, encoder specification, holding brake, regenerative requirements and all power, encoder and I/O cables.
Do not assume that another SGDV model or a newer SGD7S SERVOPACK is directly interchangeable. Differences in command interfaces, wiring, parameters, encoder compatibility and mechanical installation must be reviewed.
Related Sigma-V models include SGDV-R90A01A, SGDV-2R8A01A, SGDV-1R6A11A and SGDV-1R6A05A. These models may use different power ratings, communication interfaces or motor feedback configurations and should not be substituted without technical verification.
Please provide the complete SERVOPACK model, extended suffix, motor model, controller type, communication network and clear nameplate photographs when requesting a quotation. Availability, condition and supplied accessories must be confirmed for each individual offer.
