The Yaskawa SGDH-15DE-OY is a Sigma-II series 400 V class AC SERVOPACK designed for single-axis control of compatible servo motors with a rated capacity of up to 1.5 kW. It supports precision position, speed, and torque control in industrial motion systems.

The SGDH-15DE-OY is intended for selected Yaskawa Sigma-II 400 V servo motor configurations, including compatible SGMGH and SGMSH motors. Typical applications include machine tools, printing machinery, packaging equipment, automated production lines, indexing systems, and material handling machinery.

Because this is an -OY variant, confirm the host controller, controller project, command interface, communication network, installed application or interface module, motor voltage, encoder type, brake option, regenerative resistor, and cable set.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Back up all original parameters before removing the existing SERVOPACK. Confirm the full SGDH-15DE-OY model, nameplate revision, firmware or hardware version, connector assignments, and original machine documentation. Do not assume that SGDH-15DE and SGDH-15DE-OY are directly interchangeable.

After installation, verify the incoming voltage and phase, protective grounding, motor and encoder wiring, brake control, regenerative circuit, limit signals, alarm outputs, electronic gearing, rotation direction, and tuning parameters. Initial commissioning should be performed at reduced speed.
