Product Overview

The Danfoss 060G3875 is an MBS 3050 heavy-duty hydraulic pressure transmitter with the complete specification key MBS 3050-2031-E3GB04-2. It combines a 0–10 bar measuring range, 4–20 mA output, M12 electrical connection and IP67 protection.

The integrated pulse snubber helps protect the pressure-sensing element against cavitation, liquid hammer and short-duration pressure peaks. Its M12 connector and higher enclosure rating make it suitable for machinery where a secure industrial connector and improved environmental protection are required.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Verify the M12 pin assignment before energizing the transmitter. For this 4–20 mA version, the positive supply is connected to pin 1 and the common connection to pin 4. Wiring should always be checked against the product label and equipment documentation.

The G 1/4 DIN 3852-E connection is not automatically interchangeable with G 1/4 EN 837 or 1/4–18 NPT connections. Check the port geometry and sealing method before installation.
