RCS-C-SA5-A-20-0 is included for related-model coverage only and is not automatically interchangeable with RCS-C-SS-I-60-2. Confirm the actuator type, encoder system, motor capacity, input voltage, I/O configuration, firmware, connectors and stored parameters before replacement.

The final code 2 identifies a 200 VAC controller configuration. Do not substitute a 24 VDC, 100 VAC or differently rated controller without completing an electrical and actuator-compatibility review.

IAI identifies RCS-C as a legacy controller family. For 100 VAC and 200 VAC applications, the stated successor direction is SCON-CB, but conversion is not necessarily a direct drop-in replacement and may require changes to wiring, connectors, dimensions, parameters or the connected actuator system.
