Description

The iron core is made of high-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet；windings adopt high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor.The tank and radiator are constucted by thick carbon steel plate,filled with special transformer insulating cooling oil.All internal insulating partsuse use high-strength insulating paperboard.

Outer tank radiators:standard industrial light grey anti-corrosion paint;high-voltage/low-voltage porcelain bushings:dark brown glaze.

It works based on Faradays's electromagnetic induction law. Alternating current passing induction law.Alternating current passing through primary winding products variable magnetic flux inside silicon-steel core,the induces AC inside electromotive force on secondary winding.Voltage level is changed by the winding turn ratio.Insulating oil plays dual functions of electical insulation and irculating heat dissipation.
