CNMM190624E-NR2 (short mark CNMM646-NR2) T9325 is a super-size double-sided negative rhombic heavy-duty turning insert developed by Pramet for extra heavy roughing of steel forgings and large structural steel parts. Equipped with NR2 ultra-wide heavy rough chipbreaker, E-type reinforced edge chamfer and reinforced R2.4 large nose radius, each insert delivers four durable cutting edges to lower per-part processing cost. Adopting T9325 high temperature resistant MT-CVD coating substrate, it perfectly matches MCLNR19 series heavy-duty external turning tool holders, supporting ultra-large depth of cut and high feed rate continuous & slight interrupted turning.
