CXS-05TH075MM-5115R 1025 is an ultra-small shank internal coolant grooving boring bar belonging to CXS series, specially designed for micro small inner hole shallow grooving, internal cutoff and tiny bore profiling processing. Equipped with φ5mm slim round shank and built-in central through-coolant channel, the maximum grooving depth reaches 0.75mm, matched with 5115 series narrow-width grooving inserts; R-type right-hand cutting structure fits most standard CNC lathe clamping seats. The tool body adopts 1025 high-toughness quenched alloy steel, effectively solving the breakage problem of thin small shanks during micro machining, widely applied for precision micro parts thin-wall internal grooving of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel.
