LCMF041604-M T8330 is a double-ended neutral deep grooving & parting insert of Pramet LCMF series, specially developed for 4mm wide slot processing with maximum 16mm deep cutting capacity. Equipped with M-type medium universal chipbreaker and smooth R0.4 corner radius, two independent usable cutting ends greatly reduce tool consumption cost. Adopting T8330 anti-wear PVD coating substrate, it perfectly matches LCMR16 and XLCCN modular grooving tool holders, supports deep external grooving, circlip slot turning and full shaft parting-off. Widely applied on CNC lathes and automatic lathes for automotive, hydraulic, mold and general machinery mass metal grooving production.
