Custom Metal Tanks Steam-Water Separators for Steam System Condensate Separation

This cyclone-type steam-water separator features a welded stainless steel tank structure. The main body consists of a vertical cylindrical tank equipped with an elliptical head and lifting lugs at the top, with flanged inlet and outlet ports on the sides. The tank bottom is suspended by four round tubular supports, each with a square base plate welded to its bottom to provide stable support; a small round tube connected to a circular flange at the tank bottom serves as a suspended drain port.
