Description

Custom Metal Vacuum Storage Tanks for Dry Powder Storage Systems

This dry powder storage tank features a combination of a vertical cylinder and a conical hopper. It consists of an upper cylindrical storage chamber, a lower conical discharge chamber, support legs, and a top connection assembly.

The top of the tank is equipped with a manhole, a vacuum port, and a piping inlet to facilitate material feeding, equipment inspection, and internal pressure regulation. An inspection port on the side allows for monitoring the condition of the material inside; the conical hopper design at the bottom helps concentrate the powder and ensure smooth discharge, minimizing material residue.
